Insurance & Fees
INSURANCE
Dr. Reddy is an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers and therefore does not work with or bill insurance companies directly. You are responsible for paying the full amount of the fees at the time of service.
You will have access to a detailed invoice (called a "superbill") for all services rendered and fees paid which you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance provider and plan (usually between 20-80%).
VERIFYING OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS
You can verify out-of-network coverage by asking your insurance company:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible? Has it been met?
- What is my co-insurance?
- What is the maximum reimbursed amount per psychotherapy session? Per medication management session?

INITIAL CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT:
SAME FOR ALL PATIENTS: 90792 +/- 90833
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS:
PSYCHOTHERAPY ONLY: 90837
PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: 99213 or 99214 (depending on complexity) + 90836
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT ONLY: 99213 or 99214 (depending on complexity) +/- 90833

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are billed at the standard session rate, except for declared snow or weather emergencies. In some cases, a telehealth appointment may be substituted for an in-office visit with advance notice.
MEDICARE/MASS HEALTH PATIENTS
Dr. Reddy does not bill to or accept payments from Medicare, MassHealth, or other federal or state payment programs. Because of that, the laws that govern Medicare prohibit her from accepting patients who are eligible for such federal or state payment programs. Thank you for your understanding.
